Program Objectives
01
Breaking Barriers & Building Safe Spaces
02
Bridging the Education Gap
To establish a secure, inclusive environment where girls aged 14–18 can freely explore STEM and Tech, overcoming the gender stigma that has historically kept them out of the workshop.
To supplement the traditional school system by fostering critical competencies—creative thinking, complex problem-solving, and teamwork—that define the modern workforce.
03
Transforming Mindsets
04
Inspiring Through Role Models
05
Building a Sustainable Ecosystem
To engage parents and the wider community as active champions, challenging societal stereotypes and redefining what a "girl's education" can look like.
To connect students with successful women in tech who have overcome similar challenges, providing the mentorship and tangible inspiration needed to dream bigger.
To ensure long-term impact by connecting our alumnae with government bodies, continuous mentorship, and a lifelong network of peer support.
